Prices
Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT. Delivery is not included in the price.
Delivery
Most items are held in stock year round and as soon as we receive your order you will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery date and time.
Cost of delivery depends on various factors as shown below. Charges apply within mainland England. For other destinations please phone 01256 398008.
- Orders less than £100 delivered by courier at a fixed charge of £15.
- Orders between £100 and £750 delivery charge £40.
- Orders between £750 and £1500 delivery charge £65.
- Orders over £1500 delivered free of charge in mainland England.
- We endeavour to keep delivery costs as low as possible and regularly deliver to some areas. If you are flexible with delivery time please phone 01256 398008 for the best rate.
We do not profit from delivery and endeavour to keep delivery costs to a minimum. Wherever possible we combine deliveries to the same area to reduce costs to the customer and reduce fuel and other running costs.
Payment
By cheque.
Made payable to Top Teak and posted to Southwood Farm, Dummer Hampshire. RG23 7LU. Please include details of items ordered, your name, delivery address and contact phone number. Cheques will be cleared before delivery.
By debit card
You may send your debit card information over the internet or by phone, fax or post. Card details are not held in clear text on any website. Top Teak does not disclose customers’ information to third parties.
Cancellation
Before delivery
A full refund will be made.
After delivery and within 7 days
If returning items for any reason except damage or manufacturer defect, a full refund will be made excluding the delivery charge and cost of collection.
Unless:
- the items delivered are not what you ordered
- the items are not of a satisfactory quality
- the items arrive damaged or faulty
In which case we will replace the items and you will not be charged for replacement costs. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.

Top Teak reserves the right to change the terms and conditions by posting changes on the website. You may want to print off a copy of the terms and conditions for your records.
