Cancellation

Before delivery
If you decide to cancel your order before delivery then a full refund will be made.

Within 7 days of delivery
If returning items for any reason except damage or manufacturer defect, a full refund will be made excluding the delivery charge and cost of collection.

If:

• the item delivered is not what you ordered
• the item is not of a satisfactory quality
• the item arrives damaged

And you notify us within 7 days of delivery we will replace the item and you will not be charged for any replacement costs. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered.
